“I’m missing summer already, so its like every day we come to the beach and yesterday go swimming,” said Madan Thandargaj, a student at ��������Ƶ.

"The “National Black Male Mental Health Tour: Just Heal, Bro” seeks to address the many mental health challenges facing Black boys and men. In this male-only space, attendees are encouraged to share their stories openly and receive practical advice. The event promotes healing through experiential and clinical discussions led by influential Black men."

Joseph graduated from Roosevelt with her MS in Integrated Marketing Communications.

"Danitra Vance made history as the first Black woman to become a repertory player on SNL during the 1985–1986 season." Vance graduated from Roosevelt with her BA in Theater. 

"Bonacasa is a certified teacher of stage combat with the Society of American Fight Directors and theatrical violence is a highly structured discipline of fight choreography among onstage characters. She offers classes in onstage fighting from classical swordplay to contemporary unarmed combat." Angela Bonacasa graduated from Roosevelt with her BFA in Performance.

Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu recounts how a chance encounter led to his becoming a Roosevelt student, and eventual career in public service. 

In the article, "A Brief History Of The Hot Dog And Its Bun," Professor of History and Humanities Bruce Kraig is cited as a noted scholar and "hot dog historian."

In his article, "A New Era of Violent Rhetoric Began in 2015, and We're All in Danger," Professor Faris discusses this current era of United States politics. 

Dr. John M. Paolella was an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology department. He demonstrated his dedication to the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences through his many years of service at the University.  

"John’s ability to connect with and impact people was matched only by his love for his family, and he will be sorely missed by all who crossed his path."

In an op-ed titled, "What Trump and Your Weird Grandpa Have in Common, Debate Edition", Professor Faris discusses the efficacy of claims made during the Presidential debate.

"Under the baton of Maestro Muspratt, the new Philharmonic will open its 2024-2025 Season with Ravel & Mahler at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 5 and at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 6 at the McAninch Arts Center in Glen Ellyn." Professor Choi will perform during the first half of the program.
