Students must make appropriate payment arrangements or pay their tuition and fees in full by the dates below.
Students are required to pay all term charges by the due date for each term (or at the time of registration thereafter) unless they are enrolled in a payment plan. In accordance with acceptance of the Registration Agreement, payment arrangements must be made for the complete tuition and fees by the due date. Students who have not made payment arrangements are not financially cleared and are at risk of having their enrolled courses, room and board assignments cancelled for the upcoming semester.
Ƶ has partnered with ECSI, a billing service, in order to provide continued customer service to assist you in resolving your past due account balance. If your balance has not been satisfied by the due date, you will be contacted by ECSI in an effort to help you resolve the balance and prevent your account from being placed with an outside collection agency.

Students may authorize others, (parents, guardians, employers, etc.) to view billing information and/or pay bills on their behalf through our student portal, RUAccess.
Students grant others access to their account with these steps:
You will receive an email confirming your ability to access TouchNet and will receive temporary credentials via email to log in. Once you access your account, you will be prompted to change your password and add their name. The temporary password expires within 24 hours.
Please note that authorized users do not have access to stored payment methods, academic records, or other personal information. Only students have the ability to add an Authorized User to their account to view their account and make payments. Authorized Users will have their own TouchNet payment portal access to view student account activity, make payments, enroll in payment plans, and be alerted of new statements.
Ƶ has proudly partnered with to offer tuition insurance to students and families. This protection strengthens our existing refund policy and can provide reimbursement for tuition, housing, and other fees if a student withdraws for a covered medical reason at any time during the covered semester.
Tuition Insurance can help students and their families overcome the financial losses that may result if a student completely withdraws due to a covered medical reason. Purchasing tuition insurance is entirely optional. Whether you choose to purchase tuition insurance (and at what total coverage amount) will depend on your individual net cost and your personal risk appetite.

This tuition insurance plan can reimburse your non-refundable school expenses/payments (tuition, housing, and other education expenses) after an unexpected complete withdrawal of all classes (at any time during the covered semester) due to a covered illness, injury, mental health condition and more. Plans also include Student Life Assistance: a 24/7 hotline that offers students and parents even greater peace of mind. The deadline to purchase is the day before classes begin for each academic term.

Under the full pay payment plan, students pay tuition and all applicable fees by the payment due date or upon registration, thereafter.

Roosevelt's payment plan is now available. Students wishing to enroll in a payment plan may do so via the TouchNet Gateway on RU Access for $45.
Payments made directly from a check or savings account are free. Payments made by a credit card or debit card will be assessed a 2.95% convenience fee. All payments are automatically deducted when it’s due, so there is no need to worry about missing a payment date.

Students must file a Free Application for Federal Student aid (FAFSA®) to ensure consideration for federal financial aid. Award and program eligibility are determined individually for each student based upon numerous factors including the program of study and the level of enrollment (full-time, part-time, etc.). Students who are receiving financial aid may still enroll in the monthly payment plan to pay off any balance that financial aid does not cover.
Federal financial aid awarded for the current academic year cannot be used to pay for prior year outstanding balances (balances incurred during or prior to Summer). This prior balance must be paid by personal payment regardless of the amount of aid anticipated or disbursed for the first enrollment period of the academic year before that enrollment can be confirmed.
The tuition reimbursement plan allows eligible students to defer tuition payments up to three weeks after grades are available for the term. To participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Plan, the student’s employer must cover at least 75% of the total cost of tuition. There is a $45.00 deferment fee to participate in this program.

The Third Party Payment Plan allows a student to attend the University under an employee benefit plan or other sponsored plan. The student’s employer or sponsor pays the cost of tuition and fees directly to the University. To participate in this plan, students must:
All third party payments are due by the end of the term. Please monitor your account in to make sure the vendor has remitted payment for your bill. It is your responsibility to follow up with the vendor to ensure payment is received and the account remains in good standing.
Once you have registered for classes, you must pay your tuition and fees to Ƶ. If you are living in Ƶ Residence Halls you must also pay those fees. F1 and J1 students are required to have U.S. Health Insurance; this information will also be included on your bill.

As a student, you are responsible for all tuition, fees, room and board, and other associated costs assessed as a result of registration and/or receipt of services from Ƶ. Ƶ will withhold all diplomas, transcripts, and other official statements (such as Letters of Completion) from students with any outstanding debts to the University. Financial holds are placed on the student accounts when students have an outstanding past due balance. These holds prevent students from gaining transcripts, diplomas and registering for classes. Account holds that restrict registration, transcripts and diplomas are automatically removed by the system every hour. Collection holds are placed on the student accounts if the account has been placed with an outside collection agency. These holds will prevent you from making a payment on your account.
