Specialize Your Leadership Skillset

Students can specialize in either Organizational Leadership or Higher Education Leadership to match their career goals. In addition to taking core classes that focus on analytical reasoning, adaptive thinking and strategic leadership, students can select courses that emphasize conflict resolution and mentorship approaches (for Organizational Leadership) or student-centered mindsets and fiscal management (for Higher Education Leadership).

View Structures Through a Social Justice Lens

The program integrates coursework with Roosevelt’s mission of diversity, equity and inclusion to give students a foundation in social justice, DEI theory and global inequity studies. Students will develop an expertise in advocacy and research methodologies so they can oversee a diverse and representative professional workforce.

“This program prepares the next great higher-ed and business leaders to manage teams with analytical, social justice and interpersonal approaches. Our students graduate with the ability to manage teams effectively and empathetically in educational and corporate environments, and our online model allows you to develop these skills while continuing to grow professionally.”
