About Me
Kelly Schmader joined Roosevelt as Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions in September 2024. She primarily recruits for Roosevelt's psychology programs, and manages the graduate admissions counselors who work with Roosevelt's remaining graduate programs on the domestic side. She most recently served as Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Columbia College Chicago for five years.
Schmader holds a Master of Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago and a BA in Studio Art from Oberlin College. Before starting in graduate admissions, she worked in the Political Science Department and the Office of Global Marketing at Northwestern University. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Schmader has lived in Chicago since 2009.
