About Me
Dr. Post specialized in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, and Accelerated Learning, including developing extensive leadership programs for many organizations. He has taught many different types of courses in the field of Training and Development, as well as Organizational Development both for the private sector and many Universities in Illinois and Pennsylvania. In addition to publishing articles and a book, he has built several corporate universities and held the position of VP/Director of Training/OD for many well-known companies. Many of those organizations received the Top 125 Training national recognition. Currently he is teaching for two major Universities: Roosevelt in Chicago and Penn State. He has received his doctoral degree from Northern IL University, a Master’s degree from University Of IL, and Bachelors from Elmhurst College in IL.
