The Center for Arts Innovation and Leadership (CAIL) is an interdisciplinary creative incubator of the Chicago College of Performing Arts. CAIL is committed to cultivating social-justice-centered collaborative spaces for students, faculty, staff, and community partners making innovative, progressive, and profound changes in the arts. Supporting artists and scholars across Roosevelt's Colleges and beyond, CAIL helps develop ideas for creative projects and secure resources and support for social justice start-ups that engage with our broader community.
