TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through our Site. Please read these Conditions carefully before placing an Order. By confirming that you have read and accepted these Conditions when placing an Order through our Site, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of them.

Capitalised words used in these Conditions shall have the meanings set forth in the “Definitions” section. These Conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the contract between the parties concerning the purchase of the Products and to which no other terms or conditions shall apply. The contract may only be amended by mutual agreement in writing or by e-mail.
A copy of these Conditions may be stored on electronic media or printed out by all users of the Site.
INFORMAZIONI RELATIVE AI PRODOTTI
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on the Products is accurate and up-to-date. Any content on the Site should not be construed as a representation or binding statement concerning the Products. All images, illustrations and descriptions of the Products are for indicative purposes only and, since the colours you may actually see on our Site depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colours your monitor displays will correctly reflect the colours of the products we will deliver to you. We reserve the right to change at any time and without prior notice the information relating to the Products on the Site including, without limitation, the prices, descriptions and availability of the Products. However, such changes will not affect Orders that have already been accepted in compliance.
The foregoing shall not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products or Products that do not conform to those purchased.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You must be at least 18 years old to place an Order. To place an Order, you must select the Products on the Site, select the delivery method you prefer and, at your choice, any optional services, and select the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” command. Before completing the verification procedure (check-out) you will be asked to log in with your personal account or, alternatively (if you are not yet registered), to register a new one. If you prefer, you can complete the verification procedure (check-out) without registering, but you will be required to enter your personal and payment details, which are necessary to execute the Order.
We will not accept Orders placed in any other manner than as described above. Orders will only be processed and Products delivered if we deem the Order complete. An Order is considered complete if all the required information has been correctly entered and these Conditions have been accepted.

When you place an Order, you make an offer for the purchase of the Products you have selected. Orders are subject to the availability of the Products and are subject to our approval. We may not accept your Order, at any time and at our discretion, in the event that:
– You have provided incorrect information, such as, for example, incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details; incorrect or incomplete shipping address or misleading information;
– There is an error on the Site relating to the Products you have ordered, e.g. an error relating to the price or description of the Products; or
– The Products you have ordered are no longer available for sale via the Site;
– We consider that you are not of legal age.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for withdrawing any Product from the Site, removing or modifying the materials or content of the Site, refusing to execute an Order or suspending the transaction once it has commenced for any of the above reasons.
If we are unable to accept your Order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, in any event no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of your Order. If we are unable to accept or process your Order because the Products are no longer available or because of an error in the prices and/or other information relating to the Products you have ordered, we will contact you and suggest alternative products that you may like and may wish to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your Order for the Products we cannot supply to you and we will reimburse you within 14 (fourteen) days after your Order for the amounts you have already paid for such Products.
If you have placed your Order via the Site, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your Order and containing details of the Order (such as, for example, the quantity of the Products purchased, the price, the terms of delivery). This e-mail does NOT represent acceptance of your Order. Unless you cancel your Order, the Order will be shipped. You will then receive an Order Shipment Confirmation e-mail informing you that we have dispatched all or part of the Products you have ordered.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before being taken over by the Company. If you wish to cancel your Order, please contact us using the contact details in the Contact Us section. We will not accept cancellations of Orders made in other ways than those identified above. Once your Order has been taken care of, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal according to the procedure described below.
COSA SUCCEDE SE I PRODOTTI NON SONO DISPONIBILI
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information relating to the Products on the Site is always accurate. However, when you place an Order, certain Products may not be available.
If it is not possible to send you the ordered Goods within 30 (thirty) days from the date of your Order, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your Order in whole or in part and, in such case, we will refund all sums paid for the Goods included in the cancelled Order. If we do not receive a response to the e-mail or voice message we may have left you, we will send you an e-mail to notify you. If you do not contact us within 3 days of such last communication, we will cancel your entire Order and refund the price of the Products. None of the conditions herein shall in any way reduce your mandatory rights in respect of defective or nonconforming products purchased. OUR PRICING POLICY
The prices of the Products are indicated on the Site and will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation that we will send you by e-mail.
All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Shipping costs may be applied to your Order as indicated on the Site at the time you place your Order. Shipping costs will depend on the value of your Order and the shipping method you have chosen. You can view the rates and delivery conditions by clicking here.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Products on the Site at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the price of Goods will not affect your Order that has already been accepted by the Company and for which we have already sent you the Order Shipment Confirmation.
If we detect an error in the price of the Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and offer you the choice of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling your Order. If you cancel your Order, we will refund or re-credit you the amount you paid for the Products you cancelled.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT
You can pay for the Products using a credit or debit card. We accept all major payment card circuits, such as Visa, Master Card. Payment is made in the currency indicated in your Order before sending.
If you pay by credit or debit card, you will have to provide your card details when placing your Order. When we receive your Order, your card will be debited for an amount equal to the total value of your Order. We will not accept your Order, nor will we dispatch the Goods, until your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the transaction for payment of the Goods ordered. We will notify you immediately if we do not receive this authorisation. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit or debit card holder by requesting the appropriate information.
When paying via PayPal, you will be asked to log into your account with your e-mail and password to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay via PayPal and will be asked to enter your personal data and credit card details. The Products will be sent to you after completion of the payment transaction. If we do not receive payment within 30 days from the date of your Order, your Order will be cancelled and you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of your Order.
The Products will be shipped to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. However, we can only send documents by e-mail to the address you have provided us with when placing your order.
WHEN PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AND HOW I CAN TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
Shipment will take place, at your choice, by ordinary or express courier during office hours. Shipping costs may apply to your Order. To view the shipping conditions and applicable costs, click here. Upon successful delivery of the Products to the courier, we will send you an Order Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
We will not proceed with the shipment of the Products unless payment has been received. If no one is available to take delivery of the Products at the indicated delivery address, we will notify you by means of a notice left by the courier in your mailbox.
Title to and risk of loss of the Products will be transferred to you upon delivery

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have received the ordered Products and are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about your purchase after we have sent you your Order Shipment Confirmation by e-mail, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty and without stating any reason and request a refund, pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (‘Consumer Code’).
Please consider that as long as the Products remain in your possession, you have an obligation to keep them safe and in good condition.
All products that undergo customisation (specific customer request) cannot be returned.
After you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the Contract, we will refund to you as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal, any amount you have incurred or been charged to your credit card for the Products ordered.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The trademark PETYRA LHI, as well as all trademarks, whether figurative or otherwise, and all other distinctive signs, illustrations, images and logos that appear on our products, accessories or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of PETYRA LHI. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, any modification or use of such trademarks, illustrations, images and logos, for whatever reason and by whatever means, without our prior express written consent, is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

In the event that either party fails to assert any right granted to it under these Conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of that right and shall not affect the right to assert the relevant right subsequently.

Products: Indicates the products we sell from time to time through the Site including, without limitation, technical clothing, out-wear, footwear, bags, backpacks, day bags;
Order: Indicates an order of Products placed in accordance with these Conditions;
Order Shipment Confirmation: Indicates the order confirmation, which contains the acceptance of your Order and the details of the Products you have purchased, which we send you when the Products are shipped;
Conditions: Indicates these terms and conditions of sale;
